Outburst queer arts festival celebrates 10 years

Outburst, Belfast’s cutting-edge international queer arts festival is back this week with a ten-day programme of LGTBQ+ theatre, performance, comedy, visual art, literature and more.
This year Outburst celebrates its 10thanniversary with some of the best new queer art and performance from around the world, with headline acts including Nando Messias and his new play about homophobic violence, ‘Shoot the Sissy’, TheatreofplucK with a performance about living with HIV in Northern Ireland, and legendary American film-maker John Waters presenting his infamous one-man show, ‘This Filthy World’.
