Maiden Voyage Dance to present ‘Each for Other’ at Belfast Children’s Festival 2018
Belfast based dance company, Maiden Voyage Dance, has commissioned Scottish Choreographer Jack Webb to create Each for Other a new dance trio for public space that explores our need for togetherness and community. The dance piece will launch at this year’s 20th anniversary Belfast Children’s Festival and will engage audiences as the performers encounter complications and find collective strength and possibility whilst physically harnessed to each other.
The new commission forms part of Maiden Voyage’s Dance Exposed programme, which focuses on bringing short dance works into public spaces for new audiences to encounter high quality dance performance, and for dance fans to enjoy the latest creative production from the popular Dance Company.
