Full time, 36 hours per week. Fixed term, 3 year contract

As Community Partnerships Assistant Producer, you will be part of the Public Engagement team supporting the development and delivery of high-quality indoor and outdoor learning opportunities for community/voluntary sector groups at Hillsborough Castle and Gardens. Activity may take place onsite, off-site in community venues and online. You will be key to managing the day-to-day administration of our core programme, the Community Access Scheme, whilst supporting the Community Partnerships Producer to grow our ambition in making our palaces relevant, inclusive and accessible for everyone.

As a candidate for this role, you will:

Provide excellent customer service to a wide range of community stakeholders;
Be interested in working with a diverse range of community organisations, supporting accessibility and inclusion at all times;
Have experience of working on the delivery of participative community engagement programmes in an arts, heritage or community development setting;
Possess strong organisational, communication and administration skills;
Be experienced in managing databases compliant with GDPR law;
Be IT literate and a competent user of Word, Excel and Outlook;
Have a willingness to work flexibly with occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends, both onsite and at community venues;
Be keen to work collaboratively with colleagues, volunteers and partners to develop strong working relationships.
