Moving On Music is seeking someone for the role of Music Administration & Logistics to join us. This position will initially be for one year, with the possibility of extension subject to continued funding and satisfactory performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed music lover to join our team in a varied and engaging role.

The role of the post will be to assist the team with the Middle Aisle agency and artist development project, and with some logistics for concerts and events. Main duties will include drafting artist tour itineraries, contracts, booking travel and accommodation, etc. The post holder may also be involved in other duties when possible such as front of house work at concerts.

About the Organisation

MOM was established as a not-for-profit music promotions and education company in 1995, and currently employs three members of staff. The board of seven directors oversee the strategic and financial running of the company and operational decisions are made at regular staff meetings. The company is a recognised charity.

We are now responsible for the promotion of approx. 80 events per year including tours, one off concert events, festivals and education projects, working with professional musicians and educators.

The company is in receipt of public funds through grants from the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, Belfast City Council, PRSF, PPL, for example.
