Arts Council NI Chair attends North West Cultural and Business Partnership celebration at the Millennium Forum

The Arts Council of Northern Ireland’s Chair Liam Hannaway recently attended the North West Cultural and Business Partnership celebration at the Millennium Forum in Derry-Londonderry. This was an evening with the Millennium Forum, Arts & Business NI, Derry Chamber and Alchemy Technology Services to celebrate the Millennium Forum’s remarkable achievements at the Arts and Business NI Awards held in January 2024.

The North West’s premier arts venue scooped two prestigious awards at the 2024 Arts & Business Awards taking home the ‘Creative Communications Award’ and the coveted ‘Arts Organisation of the Year Award’. The North West Cultural and Business Partnership celebration shone a spotlight on these awards and the thriving arts partnerships with the business community, showcasing the incredible synergy between the arts and business sectors and how they are helping each other to flourish. The celebration also included an entertaining performance from some of the Millennium Forum’s talented youth participants from 'Fame'.
