The Arts Council NI is excited to announce that National Lottery Open Week returns from Saturday 13th – Sunday 21st March 2027!
National Lottery Open Week is your opportunity to thank National Lottery players who raise millions for good causes, like yours, every week.
As part of National Lottery Open Week, National Lottery-funded venues across the UK are invited to offer free entry, discounts and other special deals and events- and we want YOU to be a part of it.
Players just need to present a National Lottery ticket or scratchcard at participating venues during National Lottery Open Week to take advantage. It’s a great opportunity to give National Lottery players something back for 30+ years of funding.

Last year, almost 800 offers were available across the UK. 99% of venues said they would take part again as the week provided a valuable opportunity to raise awareness, attract new visitors and bring fresh engagement from local communities.
The National Lottery team will put together a significant promotional campaign launching in the New Year. This year’s theme will encourage people to unlock their social media feeds and explore Britain’s biggest algorithm obsessions, nationally and regionally. Because behind so many of the things filling our feeds and so many of the posts we’re saving, are National Lottery-funded experiences waiting to be discovered.
The campaign seeks to unlock the stories around the people, places and passions that make venues and projects taking part special.
